Janet Dwyer is a professional photographer based on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia, Canada. Using high resolution scanning technology Dwyer captures botanical and natural elements with a distinct painterly touch. Beyond the seductive imagery lies her contention that plants and animals can be metaphors for human experience.
